If we have a positive attitude “I can do this!” we will succeed. If we are a negative Nelly, we won’t!
Another need is to seed our mindset with positive affirmations on a daily basis. This helps keep our attitude strong.

- I am healthy and well.
- I love my body and I care for my body.
Then, we take Actions. What’s the first action you will take?
- A 10 minute walk?
- Call a personal trainer and make an appointment?
- Join a gym?
- Watch an exercise video?
