Day 30 of the 31 Day Challenge to Blog every day for 31 days.
Almost completed my challenge. Blogging these 30 days has been fun, really fun. I have cyber-met many folks who are following my blog and I am following their blogs. My eyes have been open to the many joys of SOCIAL media. Sometimes, the social part is forgotten. It becomes stats, purge marketing and “let me sell you”. Disgusting! I want the ZENgevity Fitness and Training Blog to be a fun and a joy full social platform and a personal one. Tomorrow, my challenge will be met and I will not be blogging every day. My goal is to blog twice a week and to offer a personal view of ZENgevity and me. To offer great content for you about body fitness, brain fitness, emotional fitness, aging and spiritual fitness. To offer some great Coaching, so I invite you to take what you can use and leave the rest.
Blogging has been an experience for me. I have always had the “voice” inside my head saying, “You’re not a writer”. Even though, I have written for professional journals in the addiction and recovery field, for graduate school and for marketing businesses. This is my first time blogging. I am reframing that voice to say “I am a writer and a darn good one”. Funny, how those “voices” show up and can put a stop to what we want for ourselves. I will be blogging more about those “voices” in the blogs to come.
What “voice” is holding you back? What does it say?
As always, I look forward to your comments below.
