The “I’m tired” Mantra or “I am exhausted” Mantra.
Sometimes, I feel like a broken record (remember those?). I hear myself saying constantly “I’m tired”, “I’m exhausted” usually in a very whinny voice to my husband! Being tired (physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, spiritually, in all ways) is just a nudge to pay attention to ourselves. It is a very important nudge. To ignore it could lead to dis-ease. Take the time to recognize and be attentive to your tired feelings…the message is there…slow down, do less, be the real me, stop feeling guilt, pleasure, anger, joy, have to prove myself, have to be the best, have to be perfect…there are many, many messages…what is it for you?
Let go of being Superwoman, be the woman who flows with life in her own way, in her own time and by her own direction.
Allow yourself time to hear the message, receive it and release it. Create an affirmation to fill you up and spark your energy!
I am full of energy and light
I am full of the lusciousness of life
I am a light being of magnificent energy
I have a strong and powerful energy
I am alive and well
I enjoy my energy
I am gentle and precious with my energy
I am my energy’s caregiver and I treat her like a newborn child
I am IN my energy
I flow with the power of the Source energy
After creating your affirmation, create an action that’s special to you, so you can replenish your energy. For example, I love to lustrate and luxuriate in my tiredness in a very hot, bubbly bath! A cup of tea or a lay in a hammock! What fills you up with energy? Let me know by commenting below.
Sit with your tiredness, your lack of energy. How does it feel? What does it look like? Do you smell it or can you taste it? Are you able to hear its voice? What might you do today to soothe it and to replenish your energy? Create your affirmation or use one of the ones above.
Take some time for YOU!
